What if my return flight is delayed ?

As soon as you are on board of your return flight, you just have to give us a call to confirm your arrival time in Paris, this way you won't have to wait at the airport.

May I eat in the shuttle ?

Yes, as long as you leave the place clean, but smocking is prohibited.

Do you provide baby seats ?

Yes, they are at your disposal for free.

Are animals allowed ?

Yes, they are allowed without additional charge, which is one of the advantage of having a private shuttle.

Are there other fares on board with us during our shutlle transfer ?

Absolutely not ! CAT TRANSPORT is a private shuttle. So the vehicle will be yours and yours only !

Are your shuttles equipped with air conditioning ?

Yes, all our vehicles are air-conditioned.

How can I pay for my shuttle ?

We accept payment in cash and by cheque. You can also pay by credit card Visa or Eurocard Mastercard.

What if there is traffic jam during the transfer towards the airport ?
